Controller
David Ruiz, based in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data this site (viajatech.com) receives. Contact: david@viajatech.com.
What data is collected
Contact form: your name, email address, subject and the message you write.
Isabella's chat: the text you write. The conversation is kept only in your browser during the session; the server does not store it.
Isabella's voice: your microphone audio is streamed in real time to the voice provider to generate the reply. This site does not record or keep the audio.
Technical data: your IP address and signed technical cookies, used only to limit abuse (number of messages, calls and submissions per period). They do not identify a person and are not used for advertising.
What it is used for
Replying to your messages and quoting the services you request.
Running Isabella's chat and voice and protecting the site from automated or abusive use.
Measuring site usage in aggregate (page views, language, sections) without tracking cookies or individual profiles.
It is not used to send you advertising, nor sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Who processes it
To provide the service, some data passes through providers acting as processors: Cloudflare (hosting, delivery and Turnstile bot verification in the chat, voice and booking flows), Resend (sending the form email), Google (text and voice models), Z.AI, OpenRouter and DeepSeek (chat text models). Each has its own privacy policy and receives only what is needed to reply.
Retention
Form messages are kept in David's mailbox while useful to assist you. Chat and voice are not stored on the server.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition regarding your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to david@viajatech.com with the subject "Personal data". Replies follow the deadlines set by Mexican law (LFPDPPP).
Cookies
This site uses only technical cookies (usage limits and, during testing, access to the preview). Cloudflare's traffic analytics works without cookies. You can delete cookies from your browser at any time.
